What are your support hours and response time?
Our support hours are 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM Central European Time (CET), Monday through Friday. We strive to get back to you within 6 business hours and to complete most of the task within one business day, but it usually happens much faster. If a complex task requires more time, we will promptly let you know.
Do you support more than one website?
All support plans are just for one website, but if you own more than one website you can purchase as many plans as you need (one per purchase) with the same account.
Can I change my plan after I sign up?
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, change and cancel your plan by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens after the purchase?
After a confirmed purchase, we will personally contact you within a few business hours with detailed instructions about our onboarding process. You will have to add an administrator user for us in your WordPress website, and fill a form with some basic informations about your website. Typically everything is up and running within 2-3 business days.
Can I restore a previous backup?
Of course! You can restore a previous backup of your website, for any reason, at any time, and completely for free. Just send us an email to email@example.com.
How can I send a support request?
Once you bought a pre-paid Support & Development Hours package, or if you have purchased a WOptimize Plus plan (which includes 3 hours per month of Support and Development), just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. At this time we only offer email support, to better track and resolve all incoming issues.
What if an update breaks my website?
We always try to ensure compatibility before we update plugins, themes, or WordPress versions, but sometimes the results are unexpected and things can break. In those rare cases, we immediately roll-back to the last working version of your website and contact the plugin or theme author so they can work on patching the issue.
What if my WordPress plugin or theme is no longer supported?
Sometimes WordPress plugins and themes, especially free ones, stop getting new updates. In this case, if nothing breaks and there are not other security issues, you can continue using it. Otherwise we will notify you of better and more up-to-date alternatives.
What type of tasks are included with Support & Development Hours?
You can use the hours included in your plan or in a package for any changes and fix to your WordPress website. This includes:
- Theme/plugin troubleshooting
- Theme/plugin audits
- Theme/plugin installation and implementation
- Plugin/code conflicts
- Content population & image manipulation
- Creation of basic graphics (e.g. buttons, banners, etc.)
- WordPress consulting (advice and support)
- Hosting configuration
- Creation of redirects
- Creation of email accounts with your provider
- Performance optimization
- WordPress hardening
- Malware & hack repair
We use your hours in fractions of 15 minutes each. The time used will be subtracted from any time included in your subscription plan and/or in any pre-paid hours package you purchased. When a task is completed we update you on your remaining time. If you don’t have enough time left to let us complete a task, we will let you know so you can decide between buying a pre-paid package or getting billed at our regular hourly rate of €59.
We don’t support websites not running on WordPress and these type of task are not included:
- Complete site design or redesign
- Logo design
- Custom plugin development
- Custom theme development
- Search marketing/SEO services
- Anything not directly related to your WordPress website
Do Support & Development Hours included in the plan expire?
Hours included in the WOptimize Plus plan should be used within 1 month but can be shared with all the websites you are WOptimizing with us, regardless of the plan. If you need more hours you should buy a pre-paid Support & Development Hours package.

What is your refund policy?
We have a “30-day money back guaranteed. No questions asked.” policy on all our subscription services, so you can try them risk free.
When will I receive the invoice?
We send all invoices within 3 business days from the purchase.
